Cancellation Policy

At National English School-Kustia, we understand that circumstances may change. Parents/guardians wishing to cancel a student’s admission must submit a written cancellation request to the school administration. Cancellation requests will only be processed after verification of records and fee status. Registration/processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellation after commencement of classes may not be eligible for fee refund. All school property (ID card, books, etc.) must be returned before processing cancellation. The school reserves the right to review each cancellation request as per institutional guidelines.
